Our Cuisine

Tradition and freshness

Tre Scalini's cuisine is based on tradition: first and foremost Roman dishes, enriched with meat and seafood dishes, always using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The meat, fruit, vegetables, flours and fish are selected from our long-standing suppliers; the vast majority of them come from Lazio and Abruzzo.

The love and care that we put into our cuisine every day is reflected in our regularly updated restaurant menu, in the daily combination of the experience and imagination of our chefs, and the quality of our products.
